We are sorry that your purchase didn't go the way either of us had hoped!

Returns will be for store credit only. 

Our policy is for shipped, delivered and picked up orders.

Returns for store credit will be given within 14 days of the date you ordered. All items must be unwashed, unworn, and any tags must still be attached and item in original condition. Store credit will be given once the item is back to us. Store credit will be issued as a gift card on our website. The store credit will only be for what the customer paid for the particular returned item.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return anything to TPM.


Damaged Items:

If an item is damaged on receipt, please let us know within 5 days. Items must be unworn and unwashed when claimed as damaged. After 5 days TPM can no longer be held responsible for the damaged item. Contact us at with pictures and let us know what is going on. We will send a return label to you to send the item back to us. We ask that all items be sent back to us within 3 days of us sending the return label.



Jewelry, socks, hats, glasses, gift cards and under garments of any kind may not be returned. Items that were purchased on clearance may not be returned. Any item purchased at 25% or more off is considered a clearance item and may not be returned.



TPM will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU labelWe do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow TPM warehouse 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • TPM will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
